  2. 2. Take frozen pack directly from freezer. (Do not defrost).
  3. 3. Place pack into boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes.
  4. 4. Lift out using metal tongs with care.
  5. 5. Cut open and pour natural juices over mussels immediately.

Steaming

  1. 1. Bring steamer water to a rolling boil.
  2. 2. Take frozen pack directly from freezer. (Do not defrost).
  3. 3. Place pack on steamer rack for 6 to 7 minutes.
  4. 4. Lift out using metal tongs with care.
  5. 5. Serve immediately with natural juices.

Microwave

  1. 1. Place frozen pack on microwave-safe plate.
  2. 2. Cut about 1cm at top for controlled steam release.
