- 1. Bring water to a rolling boil.
- 2. Take frozen pack directly from freezer. (Do not defrost).
- 3. Place pack into boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes.
- 4. Lift out using metal tongs with care.
- 5. Cut open and pour natural juices over mussels immediately.
Steaming
- 1. Bring steamer water to a rolling boil.
- 2. Take frozen pack directly from freezer. (Do not defrost).
- 3. Place pack on steamer rack for 6 to 7 minutes.
- 4. Lift out using metal tongs with care.
- 5. Serve immediately with natural juices.
Microwave
- 1. Place frozen pack on microwave-safe plate.
- 2. Cut about 1cm at top for controlled steam release.
- 3. High heat (1000W-1200W) for 3 to 5 minutes.
- 4. Let bag sit in microwave for 1 minute.
