Our Golden Tears are cured exactly to the perfection through their optimum condition, making them still living as a “live century egg”, seasoned well, ready to serve just on it’s own.
As the passionated produce of our Golden Tears’ curing timing is well controlled with the consideration of temperature in tropical season, we still managed to maintain the sweetness of the egg white where crystallisation formed on the quality proteins.
